Construction Management

  • Program Management Support – Review management plans and technical documents for Federal Transit Administration (FTA) compliance and best industry practices; Prepare/Update of Project Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, Project Execution Plans, and Stakeholder/3rd Party Coordination.
  • Coordination on FTA issues – RCI has worked with the FTA for over two decades and is familiar with their review/management/oversight issues and regulations; RCI has staff that can help navigate any Construction Management Team through their processes and liaise with FTA and their Project Management Oversight Consultant (PMOC).
  • QA/QC Support to ensure compliance with FTA requirements, ISO best practices, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor project compliance of the contractor’s activities against environmental requirements, prepare reports of compliance/noncompliance per FTA, and conduct meetings to brief the contractor on the requirements, participate or lead meetings to keep the whole CM team aware & updated.
